…a brand-new quintet led by Jeremy Steig, the ingenious and elusive twenty-four-year-old flutist and painter. My friend described Steig’s group as “an exciting cross between jazz and rock ‘n’ roll,” and he said that the alternate group included a “fantastic” guitarist named Larry Coryell.
